What does customer management do in billing software?
It recognises the customer at the counter and remembers what you need for their next bill: a name, a GSTIN for B2B invoices, addresses, and what they have bought. Paired with offers that apply by rule, it lets you reward regulars without the counter deciding discounts by hand.

Customers
The phone number is all you need
Type the number at the counter and the customer is found — or added. Fill in the rest when you have it: a name, an email, a GSTIN for B2B invoices and their addresses.
- One customer per phone number
- GSTIN needs a name with it
- Spend and bills per customer
Offers
Offers the counter never argues about
Each item takes one offer, bill-wide offers stack with a minimum and a cap, and the best combination is worked out for the customer. A cashier’s manual discount is capped so it can’t undo your margins.
- On everything, chosen items or categories
- Start and end dates
- Manual discounts kept within a limit

FAQ
Customers & offers: your questions
Something else? support@suiteloom.com
Does a customer need to give their name?
No. The phone number is enough at the counter; a name, email, GSTIN and addresses can be added later.
What kinds of offers can I run?
Percentage or flat-off offers on all products, chosen products or whole categories, with start and end dates, a minimum bill and a cap.
What if two offers could apply?
Each item takes one offer, and Suiteloom works out the best combination for the customer.
Can cashiers give their own discounts?
Yes, within a limit: a manual discount can’t go past a set share of the items not already on offer.
Can customers buy on credit (udhaar)?
Yes. A bill left unpaid counts towards the customer’s dues, and they can pay part of what they owe at any time — payments settle the oldest unpaid bills first. Each customer has a statement, owners and managers can set a credit limit the till warns about before charging, and reminders of dues go out by email, at most once a day.
Is there a loyalty points programme?
Not yet. Reward regulars with offers in the meantime.
Can I send quotations?
Yes. Make a quotation, email it to the customer from Suiteloom, and convert it into a bill at the quoted prices.
