What is POS billing software?
POS (point of sale) billing software is what the counter uses to ring up a sale: it finds the items, works out prices, offers and GST, takes the payment and prints the receipt. Suiteloom’s POS runs in the browser, connects to your barcode scanner and thermal printer, and changes with your trade — tables for a restaurant, scale labels for a grocery, substitutes for a pharmacy.

Pick the method and fill its one field — the card’s last four digits or the UPI reference — right above the Charge button. The receipt prints on your thermal printer, and the last sale stays in view in the empty cart.

What devices does the Suiteloom POS run on?
Any computer, laptop, tablet or phone with a modern browser. There is nothing to install.
Can I use a barcode scanner?
Yes. Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner that types into the computer works; scanned codes go straight onto the bill.
Which printers does it support?
Receipts print on 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers over USB or Bluetooth, or through the browser’s print dialog.
Can a customer pay part by cash and part by UPI?
Yes. Split one bill across several payment methods; each is recorded and reported.
Can cashiers give discounts?
Offers you set up apply automatically. A cashier can add a manual discount too, kept within a limit so the counter can’t give too much away.
Can I take returns?
Yes. Find the original bill, choose the items coming back and refund by cash, card or UPI.
Can several counters bill at once?
Yes. Each cashier signs in on their own device and bills at the same time; sales and cash are reported per cashier.
Does the POS work offline?
No. Suiteloom runs online, so the counter needs an internet connection to bill.
