How many outlets can I add?
As many as you run. You pay per outlet, per month.
Can each outlet have different prices?
Yes. An item can have its own price at each outlet, and each outlet keeps its own stock.
Can I see all outlets together?
Yes. The owner can view every outlet rolled up, or switch to one; billing screens such as the POS work one outlet at a time.
Which staff roles are there?
Owner, manager, cashier, waiter and chef. Managers can look after several outlets and the staff below them.
What if a staff member’s phone is lost?
Every device signs in on its own; sign that device out, or sign the person out everywhere, from Suiteloom.
Can different outlets be different trades?
Each outlet has its own business type, which decides the screens it shows — for example a restaurant beside a grocery store.
