What is retail billing software?
Retail billing software bills items at the counter, works out GST and keeps stock. Suiteloom does that for any kind of shop: every item keeps the unit you sell it in, barcodes and keyboard shortcuts keep the queue moving, offers apply themselves, and stock is kept for each outlet with a history of every change.

Something else? support@suiteloom.com
Is Suiteloom suitable for a small shop?
Yes. It runs in the browser on the computer, laptop or tablet you already have. Add your items, sign in your staff and start billing the same day.
Can I sell items in different units?
Yes. Each item keeps the unit you sell it in — pieces, boxes, metres, kilograms, litres and more.
Does it track stock?
Yes. Stock is kept per outlet and goes down with every sale, with low-stock alerts and a history of every change.
Can I use a barcode scanner and a receipt printer?
Yes. Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner that types into the computer works, and receipts print on 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers.
Can I run offers?
Yes. Percentage or flat-off offers on everything, chosen items or categories, with a minimum bill, a cap and dates. The best offer applies automatically.
Can customers pay later (udhaar)?
Yes. Unpaid bills become the customer’s dues, with a statement per customer, part payments that clear the oldest bills first, and an optional credit limit the till warns about.
Can I see my sales reports?
Yes. The dashboard and reports show sales by day, by product and category, by cashier and by payment method, plus your GST summary.
Can I add my items quickly?
Yes. Start from suggested item names with pictures for your trade, or add your own with their barcodes, prices and stock.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes. Owner, manager and cashier roles each see only what their job needs, and every bill records who made it.
Does Suiteloom work without internet?
No. Suiteloom runs online in the browser, so the counter needs an internet connection to bill.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new business gets 14 days free with everything included, and no card is needed to start.
