What is pharmacy billing software?
Pharmacy billing software bills medicines, works out GST and keeps the records a chemist must keep. Suiteloom is made for Indian medical stores: it finds substitutes by salt and strength, sells strips or loose tablets at the right price, asks for the prescription on prescription medicines, and records every Schedule H1 and X sale for the register.
Built for pharmacies & medical stores
The tools a pharmacy counter actually needs
Pick your business type when you sign up and all of this is ready from your first bill — nothing extra to buy.
Out of a brand? The substitute is one tap away
Fill in a medicine’s composition once. When it is out of stock — or the customer asks for something cheaper — the bill shows other medicines in your catalogue with the same salts and strength.
- Matched on salts and strength
- Right from the bill line
- Search by brand name or by salt
A full strip or a few tablets
Set how many tablets a strip holds. Each bill line switches between strips and single tablets, priced right either way, and stock counts down in tablets.
- Tablets and capsules sold loose
- Syrups, creams and drops by pack
- Dosage form and strength on every item
The register, kept as you bill
Mark each medicine’s schedule. Prescription medicines ask for the prescription at the counter, and every Schedule H1 and X sale is recorded with its batch, patient and doctor — ready as a register report for any period.
- Patient, doctor and registration number
- Prescription number and date
- The batch each H1 and X line was sold from
Your licence on every bill
Add each outlet’s drug licence numbers and pharmacist once. They print under your name on that outlet’s receipts and invoices, along with your GSTIN.
- Per outlet, for chains
- With the pharmacist’s name
- GST worked out on every medicine

Can I sell loose tablets as well as full strips?
Yes. Set how many tablets a strip holds, and each bill line can switch between strips and single tablets, priced right either way.
Does Suiteloom keep a Schedule H1 and X register?
Yes. H1 and X sales are recorded with the batch, the patient and the doctor, and the register is available as a report for any date range.
Can I find substitutes for a medicine?
Yes. When a medicine’s composition is filled in, the bill shows other medicines in your catalogue with the same salts and strength.
Can I search by salt or composition?
Yes. Search the POS by brand name or by salt to find the medicines that contain it.
Is a prescription required to bill a medicine?
Prescription medicines ask for it at billing. You can record the patient, the doctor and the prescription, and the details stay with the bill.
Will my drug licence number show on bills?
Yes. Add each outlet’s drug licence numbers and pharmacist once, and they print on that outlet’s invoices.
Does Suiteloom track batches and expiry dates?
The batch is recorded on every Schedule H1 and X sale for the register. Batch-wise stock and expiry tracking is not available yet.
Can I give GST invoices to hospitals and clinics?
Yes. Add the buyer’s GSTIN to the bill and the invoice is issued to the business, with CGST and SGST or IGST worked out from their state.
Does it work for a chain of pharmacies?
Yes. Each outlet has its own drug licence, stock, prices and staff, and the owner sees all of them from one login.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new business gets 14 days free with everything included, and no card is needed to start.
